At the heart of our pop-up is our hand-stretched Neapolitan-style pizza, made with 72-hour slow-fermented dough for a light, airy, and beautifully chewy base. Using premium ingredients, from like That’s Amore cheeses, we craft pizzas with bold flavours that your guests will love. Some favourites include:
Tony Soprano – Prosciutto cotto, pepperoni, meatballs, kabana, mushroom, olives, capsicum, onion & mozzarella
