Happy Birthday Jo!
When it comes to celebrating special moments, for some, nothing but the best will do. For Jo's birthday, our long-time friends and loyal customers from the White House of Waterford, Jo and Ron, chose us to be part of Jo’s celebration. We were honoured to contribute to Jo's milestone birthday party held at the stunning Amber by Living Gems, in the 10.5 million dollar country club in Logan Village.

A Feast Fit for a Celebration
To make this event unforgettable, we served our deluxe canapés menu to 40 of Jo's closest family, friends, and neighbours. The afteroon began with a spectacular grazing station featuring premium Italian meats, cheeses, and an assortment of antipasto. Guests were treated to oysters flown in from Tasmania, served Bloody Mary style, which set the perfect tone for the festivities.
Our signature mushroom arancini and chicken spedini were crowd-pleasers, but the show-stealer was undoubtedly the seared scallops. Served on a bed of creamy cauliflower purée with 'nduja butter, they were a huge hit among the guests. We also served house-made pork and fennel burgers, and to top it all off, our mini cannoli filled with vanilla ricotta made for a sweet, satisfying finish.

Effortless Elegance with Our Food Truck
One of the highlights for our hosts was the convenience of having a high-end selection of canapés and party food prepared directly from our food truck. The seamless integration of our food truck into the event ensured that the quality and freshness of our offerings were maintained, adding an extra touch of luxury to Jo's special day.
It was also a pleasure to welcome back Samie, another old friend from our White House of Waterford days, who was there to serve and take care of Jo and her guests. The combination of delicious food and exceptional service made for a fantastic afternoon, enjoyed by all.
