Our pop-up service creates a unique and interactive dining experience right in your backyard, garden, deck, or workplace.
At the heart of our offering are our hand-stretched pizzas, made with dough that is slow-fermented for 72 hours to achieve a light, airy, and chewy base, inspired by the classic Neapolitan style. We take pride in using the finest ingredients, from premium Italian tomatoes to That’s Amore cheeses, ensuring that each pizza is a culinary masterpiece. Choose from a variety of mouthwatering options, such as the Pork & Fennel pizza, the aromatic Truffle Mushroom, or the classic Margarita.
Each pizza is prepared and cooked on-site in front of your guests, using our mini pizza ovens, pop-up kitchen, or food truck, adding an element of excitement to your event. The pizzas are served grazing style from a central table, allowing guests to help themselves as they enjoy the relaxed and festive atmosphere.
In addition to our pizzas, we offer a range of small bites to complement your menu, including Succulent Italian Meatballs with Sugo, Grilled Halloumi & Zucchini Skewers, and Mini Cannoli to finish. Our service is perfect for gatherings of 25 to 45 people, with the flexibility to cater to larger groups using our full food truck setup.

Our Workers Lunch service offers a customizable menu that includes hand-stretched Neapolitan-style pizzas like BBQ Chicken, Margherita, Pepperoni, and Pizza Pork & Fennel. We also feature pasta favourites like the creamy Macaroni Carbonara Bake and the savoury Penne Puttanesca. For a bit of variety, our Italian sandwiches and subs add an extra layer of indulgence. We can accommodate dietary preferences, including gluten-free and vegan options, ensuring every member of your team can enjoy the meal.
Convenience is at the heart of our service. We bring our food truck right to your loading dock, car park, or any location of your choice, setting up a quick and efficient lunch service that fits seamlessly into your workday. Our professional team ensures that your employees can enjoy their meals without any disruption to their workflow, allowing them to grab a bite and get back to their tasks with minimal downtime.
