Lets Get Trucking….

At the heart of our food truck is a desire to make people happy through delicious, accessible food. We wanted to create something that was about more than just food – we wanted to create a sense of community and connection. And that's why we chose to launch an Italian-inspired food truck.

Italian cuisine has always been a passion of ours. The flavours, aromas, and traditions are all things that speak to us, and we wanted to share that with as many people as possible. But we didn't want to simply serve traditional Italian food – we wanted to put our own spin on things, hence why we describe our food as "Italian-inspired".

In addition to wanting to share our love of Italian food with the world, we also wanted to make it more accessible to our local community. By taking our food truck to different events and locations, we're able to bring our delicious food to people who might not otherwise have the chance to try it.

Giving back to our community is also incredibly important to us, especially because the Logan community has looked after us during some tough times over the last four years. We're grateful for their support, and we want to show our appreciation by giving back in any way we can. That's why we plan to source our ingredients locally whenever possible and support local charities and organizations with their events and fundraising.

It's been a tough journey over the last few years, but we're incredibly excited about this new chapter in our lives. We can't wait to share our love of Italian-inspired cuisine with our community and create a space where people can come together and enjoy great food and company.
